  1. Speak to Paulin in Loures Cyril Corridor and choose the Pact of Anaman route.
  2. Gather five Tulsi Blossoms from Mehadi Heart West near (11,3); only one can be picked per day.
  3. Bring all five blossoms back to Paulin and offer them.
  4. Complete the dialogue for the experience and Aided the Pact of Anaman legend.
