  2. Collect 50 Assassin Wolf Locks from Lost Ruins 3, 30 Jeweled Dark Belts from the Beal na Carriage archaeologist quest, and 4 Cursed Belts from Big Canal Treasure Bags.
  3. Bring those items and 50,000,000 gold to Yemon and confirm the trade.
  4. Receive Law’s Belt.
