  1. Accept Baldo’s three-Pirate assignment in Oren Sewers Entrance at (56,128).
  2. Kill three Pirates in Oren Island City or the northern Ruins and return to update the stacking mark.
  3. Repeat to nine total kills for Black Pirate Scarf and eighteen for Pirate Garb or Dress.
