- Speak to Throttler in West Woodland 12-1 at (21,20) and accept the favor to find him a wife.
- Say “Throttler Wife” near Riona, Aingeal, Duana, Oona, and Devlin in Mileth until one gives you Throttler’s Letter.
- Return the letter to Throttler for 100,000 experience.
