Walkthrough
- Speak to Throttler in West Woodland 12-1 at (21,20) and accept his favor.
- Collect ten Wolf’s Skins from wolves in West Woodland, East Woodland, or Astrid, or obtain them through a Rogue.
- Return all ten skins to Throttler for 15,000 experience.
